To be honest, when you said chopped n' skrewed, 1. T-Pain came in my head and 2. I expected a remidial instrumental. I was definitely wrong. You do know what you're doing, just a few things. I really like your main line and I think you should have built off of the line itself (eg. countermelodies), using it as more of a guideline for the direction of the song. The brass would have worked better in a song with a faster tempo; to be honest, I didn't like it that much, but that's just a matter of opinion. One last thing, to really contribute to the atmosphere, I would have dropped the snare and left just the clap.

You have some very sick percussion on this one Flash. You really rocked the sample on this one. One thing is just that your percussion either needs to be a bit quieter or your sample needs to be coming up because it's being overpowered. I also like the way you reintroduced the intro's hook with the percussion. Another good one, Flash!!!

A minor was a very good choice for this instrumental. You presented a really raw subject with the strings and the percussion complimented them. Your synth in the chorus was slightly loud, so turn that down a bit. I'd have liked to hear more intricacy in your keys. Using staccato in the keys' bass notes would be a wise choice in amping up a vibe. As a general rule, so the song doesn't drag I would have liked to hear a faster tempo. But all in all the beat has great potential!!! Good work.

You definitely made the right choices in using the sample you had. Though you didn't add anything of melodic value (which was a smart choice) your percussion allowed a hard flow within the music. Not much more I can say to improve it. Well done.

It didn't bring what the title promised but I still like what it brought. Elevator Music would be slower and more relaxed. However, the drums rode the rhodes just fine. The pauses were very tasteful. It just gets slightly repetitive. Try some more versatlity in your chords and a slight melody over the chords. Also, lower the volume of the open and closed hi-hats as they stand out slightly. I like where it's going though. Nice work.

yea after going back and taking another listen to the pauses they are a bit repetitive, So I'm definitely gonna upload a new Version Soon...
Thanks For the Input

I really like the synth work you did on this piece. The lead is very catchy. This song definitely has a lot of potential. I would love to add some keys over it and upload if you give the okay.
Anyway, the percussion is very catchy and your sense of panning is very controlled along with your equalizing. I would definitely love to work with you.

Yeah man, if you want to add something to this, chop it up, or mix up, be my guest. I'm always interested to see what might come of it :]. This is definitely one of the songs i want revisit soon, cause I always hear things I could do with it. Thanks for the review :]

I think without the harp, the song would be much better off. Your strings and synths don't follow the harp and it hurts the song. It's amazing but removing the harp would add much more depths to your driving strings.

It's slightly repetitive, but it's alright. It's pretty good restricted to the packs of FL. You should look into getting more packs to enhance the song, I could do it for you (I really want to remaster it); but only if you let me. The piano line could also be switched up a bit to create variety. Other than that, this song's amazing!
Great job!

The ambience you present in each of your songs is angelic. You represented C-minor in a way that I never could have imagined. Your synth work really had an effect on me. You also included one of my favourite chords - the dominant minor 7th - of all time so you get auto-10 (not that you wouldn't have gotten one beforehand).
Author's Response:
haha I don't know what any of that means yet (Im still learning music theory) but Im really glad you liked it and I feel really proud of myself for getting a ten from you. Thanks a lot

At first I wasn't sure if I was going to like the song but it built up pretty well. I still think there could be more 'umph' in the kick to compliment your chords and synth work. Overall, the song is pretty nice. Good work.
Author's Response:
Your right, my kicks were really soft and they should have been more heavy to compliment the melody. Still glad you liked it. It's good to get a review from you
